好家伙今天中午12点起来发现厕所灯是开着的,门口还塞了封信,打开看了看晕死…

We had a complaint last night about your water running all night. That has caused damage to the bathroom suite in 206.(我住306) Our maintenance individual tried many times to knock on your door but you refused to open it.. Someone in your suite finally turned the water off at approx. 1:30 am. This is inexcusable. You have caused water damage to the suite below you and as well the extra cost that we will have to pay for water running all night. You will be billed for the cost of fixing the celing for the suite belwo your suite. If this happens again, you will be served with a 24 hour evivtion notice.

呜呼,我立刻给这个物业打电话让他们找人来看看怎么回事.结果对方说早上有去啊,进了房间看你在睡觉然后又走了Orz

我说怎么厕所灯是开着的原来有人进来了…..既然是emergency了干嘛不把我摇醒来………..
我让对方再派一次人过来,对方支支吾吾说好,结果1个小时多了还没来,我再打电话问对方说维修的人很忙你自己联系他吧….
好吧,我自己联系,然后等人家过来检查了半天

pipe并没有漏,然则我也没有把水弄到地上.
那这leaking是怎么回事呢?

跟那维修人员检查了半天发现原来是 浴缸旁边的墙上有个crack……..

Damn,千注意万注意不把水撒地上没想到墙上还有缝,而且也能导致楼下漏水……..

这玩意现在没法完全修好得把整个墙刷一层东西.说得过一段时间才能动手.现在那crack拿玻璃胶填上了…..

但是心有余悸啊,你说我还洗不洗澡了………………

另外这简单的墙漏(还不是地漏管漏),怎么就变成了我water running all night了?!

而且时间超不好,在人家睡觉睡得死死的时候过来敲门怎么就变成了我refused to open the door了…

要说这是一个不幸的事故我也得负点责bill我一点跟物业share一下这个维修费用也就认了,怎么就变成我负全责还得接受警告了?!

Damn,下周下下周没空管这事情,春季化学课不是开玩笑的麻烦…

明天我会再电话物业讨论这个事情,并让她收回这种诽谤.若没谈出个结果
下下周5考完试我一定去那个TD Tower的Landlords & Tenants机构投诉她.
